('the Trainer') AND: YOU
('the Student')
TRAINING COURSE: Eyelash Extensions

RECITALS

A. The Student wishes to partake in the Training Course provided by the Trainer for the fee prescribed by the Trainer.

B. The Trainer agrees to provide the Training Course to the Student upon payment of the prescribed fee.

OPERATIVE PARTS

1. The Trainer will provide to the Student the Training Course referred to above, to the best of their
ability, on the date of the course.

2. The Trainer will provide to the Student a Certificate of Completion on completion of the Course.

3. The Student acknowledges, understands, agrees to and accepts:
3.1. The Trainer does not warrant to the Student that they will successfully acquire the skills taught by the Trainer during the Training Course;
3.2. The Trainer does not warrant that the Certificate of Completion provided to the Student will enable the Student to successfully apply the skills taught by the Trainer during the Training

3.3. The Training Course provided by the Trainer is not a Nationally Accredited Course;

3.4. Unless required by law, the Student will preserve total confidentiality in relation to the Training Course, including and specifically the information and documentation provided by the Trainer to the Student prior to, during and/or following the Training Course;

3.5. The Student will not share, disseminate, distribute, reproduce, copy or publish any information and/or documentation provided by the Trainer to the Student prior to, during or following the Training Course, without the written consent of the Trainer;

3.6. The Student will not video or voice record the Training Course;

3.7. The Student will not make disparaging comments to any person concerning the Trainer or say or do anything which could bring the Trainer into disrepute in connection with or arising from the Training Course; and

3.8. The fee of the Course is non-refundable and no claim for a refund can be made by the Student.

4. The Student partakes in the Training Course of their own volition and risk. The Trainer shall not be liable for the Students death or personal injury occasioned to the Student, whether such liability arises out of any implied or express term of the Student partaking in the Training Course. The Student understands that agreeing to this Service Agreement represents and establishes an unconditional and irrevocable release of all liability of the Trainer, to the highest extent allowed
by law, in the event of the Student suffering death or personal injury. 5. If any clause or part of a clause of this document is invalid, illegal, unlawful or otherwise being incapable of enforcement, that clause or part of a clause will be deemed to be severed from this document and of no force and effect but all other clauses and parts of clauses of this document will nevertheless prevail and remain in full force and effect and be valid and fully enforceable. 6. This document is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Student irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

5. The Student acknowledges, understands, agrees to and accepts
5.1 Deposit and cancellation:
Deposits for all courses are strictly non-refundable.
The remaining payment for your course ( if not paid in full on our website) must be paid in full 14 days before the course commencing date via bank transfer, credit card payment over the phone or Afterpay. Full payment at this stage is non-refundable.
5.2 Rescheduling:
Bookings for all courses can be rescheduled free of charge up to two (2) weeks prior to the course commencing date that has been booked. You might incur additional charges if you want to reschedule for a training session date that does not include a discount offer or has a different price.
You can reschedule a class within two (2) weeks from your training date by paying a rescheduling fee of $350 per day of training rescheduled.
We may reschedule your course if it does not meet the minimum number of students required (4 students) or if the trainer is not available on the training day due to an emergency or sickness, in which case you will be offered to choose from any available course date in the future, the course payments will not be refunded.
If you do not show up to your training session, your deposit and course fee will not be refunded.
5.3 COVID – 19 Policy:
You are required to inform us if you are suffering from COVID-19 like symptoms and/or you have been in contact with any individual that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks. You will have to reschedule your training and pay a rescheduling fee of $350 per day of training rescheduled.
If you attend the training session while displaying COVID-19 like symptoms, we will ask you to reschedule your training session and you will need to pay the rescheduling fee of $350 per day of training rescheduled.
