Shipping and Returns Policy
Lash Extensions Sydney takes care of our customers. Should there be an issue with your product we want to make it right.
In compliance with sanitation regulations, Lash Extensions Sydney cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect the product is defective, contact us immediately. All product concerns must be submitted to Lash Extensions Sydney within 5 days of product arrival. Anything after 5 days will be assumed to be an acceptable product to the buyer and no refunds or store credit will be issued. All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on adhesives, removers or other chemical products. By purchasing our products you agree to these terms upon checkout.
Should you need to cancel an order, we are happy to do that for you, so long as your order hasn’t been packaged. However, if we have already shipped your order, the order cannot be cancelled. Products are packaged within 12 hours of receiving the order excluding weekends and holidays.
WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address (supplied by the buyer), shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. If the error is made on our end, these fees are waived. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow 24 hours for re-processing.
No exchanges, credits or returns allowed.
